Acceptance
About 4.7% average approval across genres: 8-10% in electronic and ambient, 2-3% in hip-hop and pop (MusicPulse, 24 Feb 2026). Ones To Watch reports 25-30% (22 Apr 2026). The sources disagree.
A rate is an average from the source named. It changes by genre and is not a promise.
Trust signals
1,700+ checked playlisters, bloggers and influencers (homepage). Each curator's approval rate and reply time show before you pay.
Complaints and limits
Approval is low in pop and hip-hop. Many playlists are small. A declined pitch still uses the credit.
