The rules
Privacy
Last updated 5 October 2026. This page says what data we keep, why we keep it, and how to delete it.
Who we are. Senty operates playlistsubmit and decides how this data is used.
What we keep
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, the page you signed up on, the date, the words you agreed to, and the dates you confirmed or unsubscribed.
- Server logs: the page address, the time and the response code of each request. Logs do not hold your email address.
What we do not keep
- We do not ask for a Spotify login.
- We do not take payments, so we keep no card data.
- We keep the links in our emails only as one-way codes (hashes), so a copy of our database cannot open them.
Why we keep it
- To send the newsletter you asked for, and only after you confirm.
- To prove that you agreed, if a mail provider asks.
- To keep the site working and safe.
Who sees it
- We do not sell your data. We do not share your email address with advertisers or with the services in the directory.
- When we start sending the newsletter, an email provider will send it for us. We will name it here first.
Cookies and ads
Our pages set no cookies. Some guide and service pages may show ads from Adsterra. An ad network can set its own cookies. We do not see or control them.
Analytics
In production we count page views and outbound clicks with Plausible Analytics. Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403, Tartu, Estonia runs it. Plausible sets no cookies and stores no personal data. It does not follow you to other sites. Read the Plausible data policy.
How long we keep it
If you do not confirm within 30 days of our confirmation email, we delete the sign-up. After you unsubscribe, we keep only the record that you unsubscribed, so we never email you again by mistake.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data. You can ask us to correct it or delete it. Email [email protected].
